From December 11 to 12, 2025, experts from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) joint inspection team visited Zhejiang Dongou Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Dongou Microfiltration) for a two-day on-site recertification audit of our ASME “U” stamp products. After a rigorous and thorough review, the team unanimously agreed that our quality management system fully complies with ASME standards. They will recommend to ASME headquarters that we retain our “U” stamp certification, injecting new momentum into our continued international market outreach.
As a globally recognized authoritative certification, ASME standards are widely adopted in over 90 countries, particularly in boilers and pressure vessels. With the “U” certificate set to expire on January 16, 2026, Dongou Microfiltration proactively initiated comprehensive recertification preparations in July this year. We formed a cross-functional task force—including experts in translation, design, processes, welding, and testing—to conduct a full review and enhancement of documentation and on-site operations.
During the audit, the ASME team conducted in-depth inspections of our quality manual, procedures, technical documents, and on-site execution, with a focus on compliance in critical areas such as measurement units, welding processes, and non-destructive testing. Our team actively collaborated, responding promptly to expert recommendations and implementing immediate rectifications, demonstrating our robust daily management practices and efficient organizational coordination.
At the closing meeting, our General Manager Song Zhiji expressed gratitude for the ASME experts’ professional guidance. He emphasized that we will continue to uphold high standards and rigorous requirements, continuously optimizing our quality management system. Since obtaining ASME certification in 2022, our products have successfully entered markets in the United States, South Korea, Indonesia, Europe, and beyond, earning recognition from numerous international clients. This successful recertification not only validates our technical expertise and management excellence but also lays a solid foundation for further global market growth.
