Dongou designs and manufactures industrial microfiltration and solid–liquid separation systems for metallurgy, chemical, battery materials, pharmaceutical, food and environmental applications. Our Pressure Vessel Plant (46,000 m²) handles heavy fabrication and pressure-containing components, while our Filter Plant (21,000 m²) focuses on filter media and element engineering — from sintered porous membranes to precision filter modules. With an annual manufacturing capacity exceeding 2,000 units and integrated lab-to-production workflows, we combine scalable delivery with rapid R&D-driven customization.

The company’s R&D foundation was built by Professor Song Xianhong, inventor of polymer sintered microfiltration technology and a pioneer in microporous filtration theory in China.
Under his leadership, Dongou developed an integrated engineering system combining research, design, manufacturing, and service — a model that continues to shape the company today.
Guided by this spirit of innovation, the third generation of leadership now carries forward Professor Song’s vision, uniting experts across metallurgy, chemical engineering, and various filtration applications. Dongou translates polymer science into manufacturable microfiltration solutions through close industry–academia collaboration.
Dongou has established a tightly integrated industry–academia–research model that links polymer science, process development and industrial-scale manufacturing. In April 2013, “Dongou Surface Filtration,” developed under the leadership of Professor Song Xianhong and validated through mathematical modeling, repeated experiments and pilot trials, received national recognition — demonstrating higher filtration precision and efficiency with lower energy and material consumption. Our Filter Plant drives scale-up of sintered porous membranes and precision filter modules, while the Pressure Vessel Plant provides robust pressure-rated fabrication. Together, these capabilities shorten technical risk from sample to turnkey delivery and enable repeatable, field-proven filtration solutions for metallurgy, chemical, battery materials, pharmaceutical, food and environmental applications.
